The breakfast offered a huge variety of outstanding meals. Room was well-appointed and great-sized and available with a lovely view and free WiFi, as example. Location: the hotel was very close to the town centre and the medievally downtown and Bamberg in the old part of town.
Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

I always return to the same hotel in Bamberg. Staff were kind when I had an insect bite. The place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, welcome drink. I'll be there for Xmas.

The complementary breakfast was a nice touch, as was the free Wi-Fi. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was not up to par. It was incredibly hot and stuffy with no fans, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel had a perfect location for exploring the historic center and had a beautiful view of the old town hall from the room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided guests with complimentary snacks and drinks upon departure. The restaurant, located on the premises, was open all day and offered excellent service to guests.
The breakfast buffet was slightly disorganized, and some guests had to wait for staff to serve them. the pet fee was unexpectedly high, as we were charged an extra amount for allowing our dog to sleep on the bed.
